Financial aid consists of assistance for lodging, heating, utilities, medical bills, or unemployment. This assistance is for community members in extreme need who need immediate support. Please be aware that Loaves & Fishes does not provide on-going assistance. Financial Aid for Residents of Sabattus, Maine
When community members of Sabattus, Maine, need emergency financial aid, Loaves & Fishes from the Dominican Sisters can help. Financial aid is available for utility bills, lodging, medical bills, or unemployment. In order to receive financial aid, the individual must set up a meeting with a volunteer. All interviews are confidential and will not be shared with anyone other than the volunteer. Interviewees must bring identification and proper information with them, including their case worker if applicable. After receiving all proper documentation, a decision will be made 48-hours after the interview.
